Dear Faculty Members:

I. The Regulations for Faculty Evaluations at I-Shou University, the Scoring Principles for Faculty Evaluations at I-Shou University, and the Faculty Evaluation Scoring Form should apply.

II. The faculty self-evaluation (including data confirmation and submission) begins on Monday, September 7, 2026, 1 p.m., and ends on Monday, September 21, 2026, 12 noon. Faculty Evaluation e-System at: http://portal.isu.edu.tw/admap/loginpage.jsp.

III. Faculty members who have one of the qualifications specified in Article 3 or 4 of the Regulations for Faculty Evaluations at I-Shou University or in the Inter-Unit Notification of an exemption from the faculty evaluation issued on June 3, 2026, may apply to the university-level Faculty Evaluation Committee for an exemption from the faculty evaluation. The application period is from Monday, September 7, 2026, 1 p.m., until Monday, September 21, 2026, 12 noon, and applicants must apply on the Faculty Evaluation e-System and upload supporting documents.

IV. Data Recognition Period:

1.     Teaching: August 1, 2025 ~ July 31, 2026

2.     Research: August 1, 2023 ~ July 31, 2026

3.     Counseling & Service: August 1, 2025 ~ July 31, 2026

V. Please review and update the data stored on the Department & Faculty Achievement Data Bank to ensure the accuracy of the data provided.
